IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING INDIANA MEDICAID
INCONTINENCE SUPPLIES

Healthcare Products Delivery, Inc. (HPD) was recently selected by the
State of Indiana to provide incontinence supplies for OMPP (Medicaid),
with a contract start-date of February 1, 2008.

HPD has been a provider of disposable briefs, undergarments,
underpads and liners, as well as urological and wound care supplies,
delivering directly to qualifying Medicaid members’ homes throughout
the entire State since 1990. As a winner of the recent Indiana Medicaid
Incontinence contract, we will continue to provide quality service to
Medicaid members. HPD is experienced with the Indiana Medicaid
program, including eligibility inquiries, billing, spend-downs, QMB’s,
$1950 limits, managed care, physician order requirements, and a full
understanding of the system, resulting in a seamless transition for
this contract.

Contrary to some claims recently, Healthcare Products Delivery, Inc.
of Pittsboro, Indiana is the ONLY Indiana company chosen for this
contract. Two out-of-state firms from the Detroit, Michigan area
were also selected from the bid.

HPD guarantees to honor Medicaid’s intentions for this project,
including standardizing and raising the quality of incontinence
products and customer service across the entire State, rural and urban;
next-day product delivery to Members’ homes; nursing assessments to
verify that Members receive appropriate products; distribution of
educational materials; and emergency deliveries whenever and
wherever necessary.
